Reignite! Program Includes:   

• Aggressive 6-month program with virtual and in-person sessions
  • Four month focus on technical certifications and upskilling
  • Two months of dedicated career coaching/transition support
• Google Career certificates
• Support with career search skills - goal setting, resume building, and networking
• Mentoring with MCWT career specialists
• Engagement with MCWT partner companies and additional programming
• MCWT’s Reignite! program is offered in three identical cohorts: one in Southeast Michigan, one in Central Michigan, and one in West Michigan. The curriculum and schedule are the same for all groups. We ask that you select the cohort that best matches your geographic location, as we aim to pair participants with mentors from the same region whenever possible to support local networking and connection-building.

Reignite! Program Outline:   

• July 8 - September 8 – Registration period
• September 16 – Virtual Program Kickoff
• September 23, 2026 – January 15, 2027 - Technical and Career Transition Skill Building (Please Note: There will be several virtual and in-person sessions held on Wednesday evenings during this portion of the program. Please take this into account when deciding to participate and plan accordingly.)
• February 1, 2027 - March 31, 2027 - Dedicated Career Coaching
• April 7, 2027 - In Person Program Wrap Up Celebration (Location TBD)
