Work Reimagined: Technology, Talent, Tomorrow
The world of work is changing faster than ever—
and technology is at the center of it.
Join Michigan Council of Women in Technology for a thought provoking conversation with leaders from industry and academia as we explore how AI, automation, and evolving talent expectations are reshaping what it means to build a meaningful tech career. From redefining productivity and questioning long held assumptions about work, to rethinking how we hire, grow, and retain talent, this session will challenge conventional wisdom and surface practical insights for the future.
You’ll leave with new perspectives on how work is being redesigned—and how we can shape it to deliver value, build trust, and enable people to do their best work without burning out.
This is not a conversation about jobs disappearing—it’s about how work itself is being reimagined.
