Description

Make Meaningful Connections:
MCWT Speed Mentoring

MCWT’s Speed Mentoring event on January 21 at Ameristar in Farmington Hills is designed to create an engaging, high-impact mentoring experience for professional women at all career stages. This evening brings together peers and senior leaders for meaningful connection, learning, and conversation — all in a dynamic, welcoming environment. The event includes networking with food and refreshments, a panel discussion with accomplished women leaders, and guided speed mentoring sessions where participants rotate tables to explore timely and relevant topics.

Whether you’re looking to grow your leadership skills, navigate change, expand your network, or gain insights into areas like AI, cybersecurity, work-life balance, personal branding, allyship, and influence, this experience offers practical takeaways without the commitment of a long-term mentoring program. Speed mentoring is an excellent opportunity to gain fresh perspectives, strengthen communication skills, and reflect on your career journey — all while connecting with women who understand the challenges and opportunities of working in tech.
