Reignite! Program Includes:   

• Aggressive 4-month program
• Two sessions with Career Coaches
• Assessment Review with our Program Administrator
• Google Career certificates and access to LinkedIn Learning
• Self-paced learning that includes brushing up skills, resume building, and networking
• Engagement with MCWT partner companies and additional programming
• MCWT’s Reignite! program is offered in two identical cohorts: one in Southeast Michigan and one in West Michigan. The curriculum and schedule are the same for both groups. We ask that you select the cohort that best matches your geographic location, as we aim to pair participants with mentors from the same region whenever possible to support local networking and connection-building.

Reignite! Program Outline:   

• July 22 - September 16 – Registration period
• September 17 – Program Kickoff
• September 24, 2025 – January 28, 2026 – Program duration
