Create new connections and fuel your career growth through a fun, interactive event that will leave you inspired and better connected with local women in tech.  The event features Kim Gamez, founder of Mi Padrino and Sober(ish).  As a female founder and mother in the tech industry, Kim will share insights on why networking is vital for forging support systems, accessing resources, and breaking through barriers.

Kim Gamez is a serial entrepreneur with a Forbes-featured journey. She's known as the Tech Start Up Darling, balancing her business ventures with real estate investments and family life on the farm with her husband and five children.   Kim believes building strong professional connections can provide invaluable mentorship, opportunities for collaboration, and a sense of community, essential for navigating the unique challenges of entrepreneurship while balancing family responsibilities.

Michigan Council of Women in Technology Foundation, (MCWT) is a 20+ year non-profit on a mission to inspire and grow women in technology.  As the organization expands beyond Southeast Michigan, West Michigan, and the Great Lakes Bay region, several other cities in Michigan are ready to take advantage of MCWT to attract, grow, and retain tech talent in Michigan.  Programming includes engagement for girls in K-8, High School and University, as well as for Career and Retired tech women.
